Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders are shipped Free throughout the United States. We ship UPS ground, which takes 3-5 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to APO/FPO addresses
AthleteGEM™ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to PO Box
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
AthleteGEM™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
AthleteGEM™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@athletegem.com the products with manufacturing damage will be exchanged or refunded. Any damage by the carrier, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy
Overview
At AthleteGEM™, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their fine jewelry purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original Invoice date.

Condition: Jewelry must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered are not eligible for return.

Exclusions: Customized, engraved, or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@athletegem. We will Guide you through the RA Process .

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return your item once we have reviewed your R.A. request form.

Packaging: Please securely package the jewelry in its original bag or necklace pouch, including all original packaging and documents. Use a trackable shipping service and make sure the package is secured with shipping insurance, as AthleteGEM™ is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will inform you how your refund or credit will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you desire. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items

Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect.

Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
